Terms of Use and Software Licence
These terms govern access to the multi-tenant Vimaka Odontologic SaaS platform.
Regional legal draft — local counsel must validate it before commercial launch.
Licence
Vimaka grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable subscription licence for authorised clinic operations. No source code, trademark or ownership right is transferred.
Clinic duties
The clinic manages lawful collection, notices, consents, users, records, retention and professional duties. It must not upload data or use the service unlawfully.
Clinical AI
AI outputs are suggestions. A licensed professional must review every diagnosis, prescription, record and clinical decision.
Payments and termination
Plans, trial, fees, taxes, renewals and cancellation follow the checkout offer and mandatory consumer law. Data export and deletion follow the contract and privacy notice.
Security and acceptable use
Users must protect credentials and may not probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, evade access controls or access another tenant.
Liability and governing rules
Mandatory local consumer, health and data-protection law prevails. Any limitation applies only to the extent lawful; local courts and dispute rules cannot be excluded where prohibited.
